District Leader

Dear all,

So transfers have come and it looks like I'm staying in Logan for another 6 weeks! I'll most likely stay here for another 6 weeks after this because my companion is going home after this transfer. I've also been called to District Leader. My trainer has been moved into my district, so I'm District Leader over my trainer, that will be very strange. But I look forward to serving my District.

As for Raymond, he is getting baptized this Sunday! He's super ready! Everything is set and planned. So this Easter will be a great one!

This past week was awesome because we got to see Dalton and teach him a little after not being able to teach him much for a long time. He opened up a lot to us and he loves us. We are going to be feeding him and Claire sometime this week because my companion knows how to make some awesome Asain food. It's going to be great!

Well I have to go! I love you all!

Short Transfer

Dear all,

So this week is transfers again! This was a short 5 weeks instead of 6 weeks due to the change of mission age and flood of missionaries coming. I will find out if I am being transferred this Thursday and the transfer will take place on Friday, unlike usual transfers. I don't think I will be moved, but you never know. Me and my companion are really hoping we both stay, especially since he doesn't feel ready to take over the area and he is going home the transfer after anyways, so we both feel that it wouldn't be too good for the work in Logan.

As for our investigators, Raymin is progressing really really well. He is still set for the 31st, on Easter, and we are teaching the final lesson today and having him  get his baptismal interview on Tuesday hopefully. He is literally a golden investigator. Dalton, Claire, and Genie still aren't progressing too well, but we will get them. We were able to meet with Genie and it was great! We hope to have more lessons with Dalton involved and we feel Claire will progress along as soon as Dalton does.

Well, speaking of Easter, if anyone wanted to send me some stuff for Easter, I would invite them to do so. If you all didn't know, my favorite candy of all time is those Cadburry Mini eggs, so if you want to send me a big bag of those, I wouldn't object at all. Also, roasted pumpkin seeds are awesome too! ;)

I hope everyone is doing well! I love you all! Keep up the good work!

Snow :(

Dear all,

Sorry I don't have much for you this week. Yesterday is snowed a ton so we were grounded all day, so that means church was cancled which means we weren't able to teach Raymin or anything.

The rest of the week was a little slow. I got a migrain on Tuesday and that lasted until Wednesday night so not a lot was done with that, but lucky we had meeting so the time wasn't completely wasted. We did get to see Elaine, but she was super busy so we didn't get to stay long and get any committments out of her.

It's supposed to warm up later in the week, so hopefully that comes fast and gets rid of all this snow!

Well, I hope everyone is doing great! I love you all!

Raimen (Probably Spelt His Name Wrong)

Dear all,

How is everyone doing? I sure hope y'all are doing fantastic! It's a good day! The weather is getting warmer, and hopefully is continues to just get warmer and warmer and never get colder again! Haha

So yesterday we taught Raimen for the first time, and it was amazing! He is super solid! He's been coming to church, but we hadn't had the chance to teach him until yesterday, and he pretty much knew everything we had taught him. He had already started reading the Book of Mormon and he's already almost through 2 Nephi! We never even gave him and Book of Mormon or anything and he's already started reading! He did all of his own research on LDS.org already before we taught him so he pretty much already knew all about the Restoration! It was awesome! We set him for baptism on the 31st.

In other news, Michelle King had surgery the other day. If you guys could just keep her in your prayers, that would great! It sounded like a very painful surgery, so hopefully she gets better soon so we can visit with her again!

Well that's about all I have time for today. I love you all! Until next time!
